  • How quickly can you fix a clogged drain?
Timeliness for fixing a clogged drain can depend on a number of factors, but typically we should be able to get the job done between 1 - 2 hours of arrival. Old pipes sometimes break and become filled with dirt or other debri. If we find this is the case, the time to fix will be longer, but rest assured we will be able to resolve your issue as fast as possible.
  • How much do your sewer & drain services cost?
We start off every new job with an inspection to asses the situation before giving you a total price for the project. Our prices are fixed per project — we do not bill hourly. Unless any unforeseen condition exists, you should expect to pay the price we give you before any work begins. If addition equipment is needed, or the reported condition changes, it may be reasonable to expect a change in the quoted price. We will make you aware of any changes to the cost as early as possible so you can make an informed decision on how to move forward.
  • When should I repair or replace a drain or sewer line?
We start any project with a video inspection of your line to determin what the issue is and how best to handle it. If we determine the line can't be cleaned or we find extensive root damage we may want to replace the line.
